Sisters let us join the night after the new moon, for a 2019 End of Year Completion Ritual!
This night will include ritual, meditation, and reiki. Our ritual will be two-fold, one to reflect and honour 2019 and what we have learned, and secondly to let go of 2019 with a clearing ceremony.
Join us in taking time to create space for the new; as we cross the threshold into a new year with room to grow into new possibilities and energies.
Please bring your journal, Sacred items that represent for you what you are honouring and what you are letting go.

Recently moved to Lima from Toronto Canada!
Liz is a holistic healing arts practitioner, yoga teacher, reiki master and spiritual life coach. Her calling and passion is to hold and create sacred spaces that inspire and cultivate embodied awareness and connection to the divine feminine within!
As a Spiritual Life Coach she is committed to journeying with you as you restore, rediscover and awaken to your inner power. She holds women’s circles that help women step into embracing themselves fully, finding deeper levels of self love, empowerment, happiness and health.
Her background is in career and transformational counseling. She is also a lover of dance, and founder and creator of Conscious Dance Parties Toronto, and teacher of Dance Our Way Home, a sacred dance practice for women, that incorporates goddess wisdom & expressive arts .
