Throughout human history, ceremonies have been a prevalent force, acting as vessels for the divine to move through us as we navigate the unpredictable paths of life.
Women’s ceremonies offer support across various life stages, aiding in self-love as we honour our internal and external shifts. Rituals are a gift, the provide space for healing and help women find meaning to their life experiences. They also offer a space to acknowledge both the sorrow and joy inherent in change and new phases of life.
Ceremonies play a crucial role in allowing us to discover and create sacred moments that define our journey.

All of the Women’s Ceremonies that I offer can be created to fit your needs. Most ceremonies include components of mindfulness, somatic awareness, music, movement/dance, ritual, expressive arts based to support the theme of the ceremony.
Here is how I would support you in creating a ceremony:
- Complimentary 30-Minute Initial Consultation: In this introductory meeting, you’ll have the opportunity to share your experiences, allowing me to gain insights and determine if our collaboration aligns with your needs.
- Comprehensive Interview: Once you decide to proceed, we schedule a detailed interview to delve deeper into this life cycle you are looking to honour. We explore your requirements and identify the elements that hold the utmost significance for you during this phase of life.
- Tailored Ceremony Creation: Drawing from the insights gained in our interview, along with my research and your input, I craft a personalized and meaningful ceremony.
- Ceremony Facilitation: I offer the option of conducting ceremonies either in person or through online platforms. Alternatively if you prefer you can lead the ceremony yourself.
- Pricing: The cost of our services is contingent upon the scope of the ceremony. Please reach out to me so we can discuss your specific needs and determine the appropriate pricing.
