Struggling with self-love, body positivity, body acceptance, and feeling truly at home in your body.

You experience anger, grief, or sadness related to changes in your body due to perimenopause/menopause, postpartum, illness, or chronic pain/chronic symptoms.

You often feel like you live just in your head, and feel uncomfortable and disconnection from your body .

Throughout this 12 week 1-1 Journey you will:

Together, we will explore and uncover your unique body story, releasing and healing limiting beliefs and emotions that have kept you disconnected from your body’s innate wisdom and potential for healing.

How the Program Works

  • Bi-weekly Guided Sessions: We will meet via Zoom for six 75-90-minute 1-on-1 sessions throughout the 12-week program. These sessions will be a unique blend of counselling and experiential skill learning through somatic-based practices, mindfulness, dance movement therapy and expressive arts.
  • Ongoing Support: In between sessions, I will be available to provide additional support via email and voice notes. This support is essential for integration and deepening your understanding and practice.
  • Resources for Healing and Growth: As part of the program, you will receive valuable resources such as PDF handouts and audio recordings. These resources will support your healing and growth, offering you guidance and inspiration beyond our sessions.
  • Personal Sacred Tool Kit: By the end of the program, you will walk away with a personal sacred tool kit consisting of daily practices and rituals. These tools will anchor you and keep you connected to your body and spirit, even after the program concludes.

  • Session 2 The Art of Self-Compassion – Navigating Your Critical Voice, a Gateway for Self-love
  • Session 3 Learning to Connect to your Body’s Wisdom through Mindful Awareness & Embodied Listening
  • Session 4:Exploring, identifying and moving with the emotions and beliefs that keep you disconnected from your body
  • Session 5: Your Body, Your Story, exploring and rewriting your Body Story.
  • Session 6: Creating a new roadmap for Self-Care & Self-Love
