Start by sitting quietly for a few minutes with your hands on your heart.
Place your hands In prayer pose at the center of your chest or one hand on top of the other at your heart.
Gently closing your eyes.
Bring your breath and awareness to your heart.
Pause & Listen
What is your heart whispering to you today?
Be present with what is arising.
Let your heart be what guides you today.
