
This is a 3-month private one-to-one coaching journey for women who want to feel deeply connected to themselves again; emotionally, physically, and intuitively.
For women who feel:
- disconnected from their body
- overwhelmed by emotions or self-criticism
- stuck in their head
- or longing to feel more at home in themselves
This is a space to return to your body as a place of safety, wisdom, and belonging.
This Journey is About
It is about coming back into relationship with your body; gently, slowly, and with care.
Together we work with somatic practices, embodied awareness, expressive movement, mindfulness, and reflective inquiry to support you in:
- reconnecting with your body’s wisdom
- softening the inner critical voice
- learning to feel and process emotions safely through the body
- releasing stored tension and emotional patterns
- rewriting your relationship with your body and self
- building a grounded, compassionate daily practice of self-care
Your Journey (6 Sessions Over 3 Months)
- Session 1: Coming Home to Your Body- Befriending the body and beginning the process of returning to yourself.
- Session 2: Self-Compassion & the Inner Voice -Working with self-criticism and opening the pathway to self-kindness.
- Session 3: Embodied Listening – Learning to feel and trust your body’s signals and inner wisdom.
- Session 4: Emotions in the Body – Exploring emotions, sensations, and patterns that keep you disconnected.
- Session 5: Your Body Story – Uncovering and reshaping the story you hold about your body and yourself.
- Session 6: Integration & Self-Care Pathway -Creating your personalized roadmap for ongoing support, grounding, and embodiment.

How We Work Together
Bi-weekly sixty to ninety-minute 1:1 sessions (Zoom)
These sessions are a blend of:
- somatic coaching
- embodiment practices
- gentle movement exploration
- mindfulness and nervous system awareness
- expressive arts reflection
Each sessions theme is shaped by your needs, your body, and what is present for you.

How the Program Works
- These sessions will be a unique blend of coaching and experiential skill learning through somatic-based practices, mindfulness, dance movement therapy and expressive arts. The modalities we use will be based on your needs and objectives, this will be defined in our first .
- Ongoing Support: In between sessions, I will be available to provide additional support via email and voice notes. This support is essential for integration and deepening your understanding and practice.
- Resources for Healing and Growth: As part of the program, you will receive weekly practices to support your healing and growth, offering you guidance and inspiration beyond our sessions.
- Personal Sacred Tool Kit: By the end of the program, you will walk away with a personal sacred tool kit consisting of daily practices and rituals. These tools will anchor you and keep you connected to your body and spirit, even after the program concludes.
Investment
Regular investment for the 3 month program is $1200 CAD. Payment plan options are also available.
