Stop the self-criticism

Time to stop the self-criticism and bring on the body love.

Body love can be a really difficult thing to cultivate, but if we can start to notice how we talk to ourselves we can start to shift it and find deeper levels of self-acceptance.

Here are some things you can say to yourself on the daily to support you in shifting your thinking about your body and yourself into a more positive and loving direction. 

Things to Say to Your Body:

-You are enough

-It’s ok to take up space

-You are worth loving

-I accept you as you are right now

-Thank you for the things you do

-My relationship with you is important 

-Today, I choose to love you as you are
