How can we start to listen to our body? 

Here are a few key things to remember: 

Feel what you feel – don’t suppress, push down or reject what you are feeling 

Accept what you feel – it’s so easy for us to judge or what we are actually feeling, try to be compassionate and kind with yourself, what you are feeling is valid

Be open to hearing your body – It’s always speaking to you, be willing to listen to it’s wisdom

Trust your body – Your body is on your side, trust your gut instinct and follow what feels right. 

Bottom line your body is your friend
