Intention: 

Western perspective that life and time are linear, with a specific starting point and a definite end, and instead life invites us to embrace the cyclical examples of nature. 

Death ensues new life. Endings bring about beginnings.  When we embody wild wisdom of death and rebirth we welcome alignment with the timeless rhythms of nature, we open to the perspective that each ending ushered in the potency of a new beginning. 

I’ve created an offering for you to explore these themes through a curated 50min playlist, optional guided movement and dance, ritual and expressive writing.
