Our women’s circle, is a collective space for support, empowerment, and the celebration of the divine feminine. Join us for a journey that honours the ancient power of dance as a spiritual and transformative practice.

About Our Dance:
Flow:
Liz will share a poem or piece for contemplation, followed by a reflection questions to help guided us in setting your intentions for your dance. We will gently move into meeting ourselves in dance guided solely by a 60min music journey of world conscious music. Post dance journey Liz will guide us in a short meditation, followed by journaling. We will close our time together with sharing in circle . Please dress comfotably, bring a journal, water, and any sacred items that you choose for your personal altar.
