I created this program in 2024 after living in the Sacred Valley of Peru for four and a half years. Surrounded by mountains and rushing rivers, this land deeply shaped my experience. Living in such close relationship with nature allowed me to deepen my embodiment practice through connection with the natural world.
It’s from this place that I now feel called to share what I’ve discovered with you, so you, too, can access deeper levels of self-discovery, joy, and vitality.
Program Intention:
To explore the intersection of somatics, mindfulness, movement, and nature to nurture your body, mind, and spirit.
How the Program Works
This Self-directed program with access to google drive with all the practices. Which includes a series of simple yet profound eco-somatic practices, ranging from 5 minutes to 30 minutes in duration, they will support you in learning more about the somatic wisdom of your body in connection to the healing energies of the Earth.
The program will run from May to September you can join the program at anytime during this timeframe.
This is a self-directed program designed for you to move at your own pace and in your own rhythm. There are no scheduled emails or live sessions.
You’ll receive access to a Google Drive folder where all materials are organized by week. Each week (over the course of 18 weeks, with a pause in Week 7), you can open and explore that week’s practice whenever it feels right for you.
Each weekly practice may include one or a blend of the following:
guided audio recordings, playlists, journaling prompts, meditations, and simple rituals.
Practices range from 5 to 30 minutes in length and are designed to gently support you as you journey into deeper connection, awakened vitality, and renewal throughout the spring and summer seasons.
Some weeks will be text-based, while others will be experienced through audio—offering a mix of reflection, movement, and embodied exploration.
These practices are curated for you to do practice them outside, in a park, in your garden, at the cottage, sitting at the base of your favourite tree, during a hike, or on your summer camping trip.
Each practice invites you to deepen your relationship with nature, to awaken your senses, and to rediscover your inherent connection to the Earth.
Some of the overarching themes that we will cover in this spring/summer program are:
-Coming to back to your body through your senses, nature, and the elements
-Healing and accessing joy through nature
-Accessing stability, strength and deeper sense of security within yourself through nature.
