This 3 month one-to-one coaching program is for women wanting to feel deeply connected to themselves and at home in their body.

Program Outline

  • Session 1 Befriending Your Body: Opening Circle – Starting the Journey of Coming Back to Yourself & Your Body
  • Session 2 The Art of Self-Compassion – Navigating Your Critical Voice, a Gateway for Self-love
  • Session 3 Learning to Connect to your Body’s Wisdom through Mindful Awareness & Embodied Listening
  • Session 4:Exploring, identifying and moving with the emotions and beliefs that keep you disconnected from your body
  • Session 5: Your Body, Your Story, exploring and rewriting your Body Story.
  • Session 6: Creating a new roadmap for Self-Care & Self-Love

Throughout this Journey you will:

  1. Discover a wealth of self-compassion, intuitive listening, and embodiment skills that will guide you out of your head and come back to your body. These skills will empower you to cultivate an understanding and appreciation for the wisdom within.
  2. Rebuild your connection to your body by understanding its messages and fostering a more peaceful, accepting, and supportive relationship. Through transformative somatic practices, expressive arts, mindfulness, and daily rituals, you will experience a true sense of well-being and wholeness.
  3. Tap into the incredible wisdom and healing power that resides within you. Together, we will explore and uncover your unique body story, releasing and healing limiting beliefs and emotions that have kept you disconnected from your body’s innate wisdom and potential for healing.
  4. As your dedicated guide, I will be with you every step of the way, providing a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment for your journey. I will be there to celebrate your progress, offer guidance through challenges, and hold space for your transformation.

How the Program Works

  • Bi-weekly Guided Sessions: We will meet via Zoom for six 90-minute 1-on-1 sessions throughout the 3 month program. These sessions will be a unique blend of coaching and experiential skill learning through somatic-based practices, mindfulness, dance movement therapy and expressive arts. The modalities we use will be based on your needs and objectives, this will be defined in our intake call.
  • Ongoing Support: In between sessions, I will be available to provide additional support via email and voice notes. This support is essential for integration and deepening your understanding and practice.
  • Resources for Healing and Growth: As part of the program, you will receive weekly practices to support your healing and growth, offering you guidance and inspiration beyond our sessions.
  • Personal Sacred Tool Kit: By the end of the program, you will walk away with a personal sacred tool kit consisting of daily practices and rituals. These tools will anchor you and keep you connected to your body and spirit, even after the program concludes.

Regular investment for the 3 month program is $925 CAD. Payment plan options are also available.
