DESCRIPTION:EMPTYING OUT\nA Dance Release Ritual for Somatic Composting \nAs the trees shed their leaves and the earth begins its slow descent into winter\, we too are invited to release\, surrender\, and make space within ourselves. \nWhat have you been carrying that is ready to be laid down? Emotions that you haven’t spoken. Expectations and conditioning you have inherited. Tension\, armour\, and stories you have been holding in your body. \nEmptying Out is an invitation for women to come together in a dedicated space to move\, shake\, express\, and release what no longer needs to be carried. \nThrough a weaving of conscious dance\, breath-work\, somatic exploration\, expressive arts\, and ritual\, we’ll explore what it means to loosen our grip\, give expression to what lives beneath the surface\, and allow the body to lead. \nLike fallen leaves returning to the earth\, what we release can become compost for something new. \n🍂 Sunday\, November 22\n1:00–2:30 PM | Toronto \nInvestment: $45 CAD \nSpaces are limited to keep the circle intimate. \nSave your spot via sending an etransfer to collective.ground.dance@gmail.com or pay via Stripe credit card here .
